| | Vince Loro, a life-long resident
of Springfield who currently resides with his wife, Sue and his four children. He graduated with a BS in Mathematics and Secondary
Education and spent many years in a Research & Development facility writing and developing new and innovative software
products for financial Institutions.
He is now the owner and president of IDSI (Innovative Data Solutions,
Inc.). In business since 1986, he provides value added solutions for businesses which are looking to automate with software
for accounting, distribution, manufacturing industries and also designs systems for hardware and networking needs. |

IDSI holds certifications with Novel and Microsoft
and is the authorized hardware dealer for Compaq and Hewlett Packard and many others.
He has been very active in the
Springfield Athletic Association as a coach in wrestling and baseball for 30 years. In 1972, he helped in the development
of the youth wrestling program along with his high school coach, Bruce Yaeck and another ex-cougar wrestler, Dale Beers. This
was one of the first wrestling programs to start in this area and is still flourishing. | | | Founded
in 1990, Innovative Data Solutions Inc. began by providing accounting, office automation and networking solutions to customers
ranging from the small business all the way up to the enterprise. In 1996 we added Internet security services, computer graphics
consultation and Apple support services, giving us one of the widest ranging product lines in the industry. Through it all
we never lost sight of our number one goal: to provide a single source for the highest quality service to each and every one
of our customers.
We presently supports solutions for domestic companies located in the Pennsylvania, New
Jersey and Delaware area whose revenue ranges from Ten-Million to Five hundred-Million Dollars. The primary focus of these
companies predominantly Accounting, Distribution, Manufacturing and professional services. The majority of these are in multi-user
environments, with some being multi-site.
